Who we are
The Competition Tribunal is established under the Competition Act No. 12 of 2010, Cap 504 Laws of Kenya to adjudicate competition matters in accordance with the competition Act.
The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear and determine the following matters:
- matters referred to it for review of the Authority’s decisions under section 48 (1) of the Act
- to hear appeals from the decisions of the Authority
- any other matter arising under the Act
- any other matter referred to it by a competent court of Law
